SketchUp and 3DS Max Level Example

I have created a series of images to show the initial stages of creating a game level. From the source image I have created a SketchUp model which would be used to explain and analyze the gameplay in the level. The level is then created in Maya. In this case the basic model was specially made to be exported into Maya which is a more efficient process. The level was then cleaned, and had other features and details added such as the minarets and domes.

Biara

This example level is of the centre of Biara, a small town on the border between Iran and Iraq. The building complex in the source image shows the town Mosque, shopping area and flats.
